• Skilled at guiding a church through transition with steadiness and hope.
• Collaborative leader who works well with elders, staff, and volunteers.
• Able to unify, inspire, and mobilize the congregation toward mission.

• Invests in relationships with staff, leaders, and congregation.

Administrative & Organizational Skills

• Competent in managing staff, ministry systems, and church operations.
• Communicates clearly and transparently.
• Understands healthy church governance and shared leadership.
• Able to identify and implement new management systems to improve church operations. Preferred Experience
• Prior pastoral leadership experience in a church of similar size or complexity.
• Experience leading through transition or revitalization is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to grow ministries and develop leaders.
